Kristi was born and raised in Cumberland, a historic town in western Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Holding successful careers in sales, coaching, and education for over 18 years, Kristi developed a positive combination of skills including active listening and communicating, which help her to present information clearly, market properties effectively, and coach her clients during the selling and buying processes.
In 2005, Kristi decided to combine her two passions: real estate and people. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker in Bethesda, Maryland. Working as an agent in Washington D.C. and the surrounding areas, Kristi garnered experience within various branches of real estate and deepened her respect for diverse communities. She genuinely loves meeting new people and experiencing new things.
Kristi has lived in the Charlotte area for over 15 years including SouthPark, Matthews, and Uptown. Her personal experience with relocation, moving both internationally and within Charlotte, deepened her compassion for clients transitioning from one place to another and inspires her to be the trustworthy advocate that her clients expect and need throughout the entire process. A mother of two boys, Bailey (7) and Asher (5), Kristi is active in the Charlotte community and she can be found cheering from the sidelines as her children play baseball and soccer, practice karate and swim. She is also an advocate for education, having taught at Charlotte Country Day school for several years. She enjoys being part of her community, investing time to learn about developments in both private and public schools, keeping abreast of neighborhood events, and attending different Charlotte happenings throughout the year. Her life experiences and traveling opportunities have shaped her appreciation for art, music, sports, and theatre. When time allows, Kristi enjoys visiting the coast or retreating to the mountains with her husband and kids. Kristi loves using her creativity to market properties, sharing the Charlotte area with her clients, and assisting her clients in finding their own special place to call home.
